Fundmentally adopted IOT (Internet of Things) concept, iSurveys developed mobile based sag value calculator which can provide sag value calculation on the fly calculation based on the total station observation. The application will sync to server for latest stringing chart informaiton for daily stringing activity. The iSagCalculator solution enables many small business and non-professional surveyors in construction industry to perform sag value calculation without special training and avoid time costing calculations. This calculator enables nonprofessional surveyors quickly and economically perform stringing survey activities. All design information will be managed by specialist on the server side and can be pushed to mobile device regularly to make revision control hassle free. The calculator can also provide wilre pull/length to achieve the design sag value at current temperature which can make the stringing process much faster and easier.

Once all measurements and current conductor temperature are entered the calcuator can automatically query the design sag value and calculate the current sag value. Calculator can give discrpencies between design and observed in meters and feet-inch. It can also calculate how long the stringer need to pull or release the wire to achieve the design sag from current position which speeds up the sagging process.
